Had a remote starter installed. The installation was perfect. They showed us how to fully use it when picking up the vehicle and to top it off we dropped our vehicle off a day early since we would be be around the next morning and they ended up getting it installed a day in advance! What more could you ask for? Nice honest service. Would HIGHLY recommend

Worst experience possible. Almost 1 month the car is with them and now they are saying it will take another 1 month to return the car. There is no timely updates or call backs. They have only started responding since I wrote an email to the company management. To console us, they offered to give us a vehicle which we could use in the meantime. Rather they have given us a small car with their branding allover (attached). No decency. Strongly advise against using this company in any condition.

I wish there was an option to give less then 1 star. Absolutely pathetic service. I do not recommend them. Their drivers do not know how to reach the easiest of locations despite giving google maps instructions. There service is sooooo slow. They found problems in my car which I later verified from my actual dealer where not even there, they said that the car will be delivered before 6 pm and i got late night - the customer service agent was rude and non complying. I feel my car wasnt even serviced properly. The quality of oil they used was really poor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL! You are better off going to a petrol station or give it to the actual dealer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Used service my car for an oil change. When they dropped it off the next day the engine wouldn’t start. I had to argue with the owner who blamed me for the problem, before they finally agreed to fix it and dropped it off three days later. As other reviewers have said, they also took it for a joyride as they added 10km to the odometer and to top it all off the radio was at full volume, so obviously someone was having a good time! Avoid this place if you want a decent service.

Well, they add attractive prices on their website with manipulating information. When I booked a basic oil change service, they called me to say oil and filters not included in the basic service and jumped the price to double. That’s in my opinion is a very pathetic and unprofessional poor marketing strategist aiming for manipulating people and wasting their time.

My car ac wasnt cooling at all so I decided to call service my car to take my and try fix it since I I have done service twice before. My car was with them for almost 3 weeks. I got the worst service advisor his name was Nidal, he never kept me updated on the car & when I used to call the company to get in touch with him he would call 3 hours later after me calling more than 5 times to get in touch him he his totally unprofessional . The car was with them for almost 2 weeks before they got any aparts & out of 5 they got 1 part & thought to be expensive, so decided to buy all the 5 parts and drop them at the garage in the second week. They fixed the parts in the car & the ac of the car stopped cooling after 1 day. When the ac of the stopped cooling again I tried getting in touch with Nidal the appointed service advisor they transfer the to him and was waiting more than 15 minutes no answer at all. Waited more than 2 before calling back for them to pick my car no help at all or word from my service advisor, the car was picked up 1 hour later. So my car with them for 3 weeks until and the ac still not fixed, Ive spent a lot on the parts plus having to pay labor for them to put the parts on the. Surely gonna a month until they fixed. I wanted to share my experience with yall & its not even concluded.

The company collected my vehicle in the morning , by afternoon i was sent a full comprehensive list on what was required to get my vehicle in full working order. The technology this company uses is impressive. I can individually accept or reject each repair with a detailed list of the cost.Great communication throughout highly recommended. Will be back !

As an urgent request that was done by myself from the person in charge of technicians, Mohammed Chalouche, I needed my car to be serviced at the soonest and he took the request with upmost respect and seriousness by promising that he will try his best to deliver my car on time and he did even before time! He also took the time out of his busy schedule to explain each every detail of their processes and what went on with the vehicle inspection. He made sure that he communicated with me when needed to inform me what has been done so far and so on.Muhammad Qasim, a highly courteous team member who represents the company with great manners, offered a lot of help that was almost impossible in terms of delivering on time!In addition, I faced a lot of set backs, I had to reschedule more than 3 times my major service due to personal reasons, Kathleen Lanto and Maria from the team helped a lot with rescheduling and having the promotion logged in even though rescheduling it within the next few days had it expiring.The organization overall makes sure that customer experience is seamless by keeping you up to date with is going on in the workshop and the transaction as a whole.I’ve never experienced such professionalism from the automotive industry before dealing with ServiceMyCar and their highly esteemed team members. I was asking them to confirm which type of oil are they going to use they only confirmed the type of oil but seems like its not same syntactic the factory is using ( i mean oil type not brand..) once it was changed and the sticker was put in the car they never write the type of oil (syntactic or normal or which one ) then before releasing the car they send me a quotation for other service that apparently they found its needed in the car ( broken suspension full disk breaks 😳 etc... ) and when i denied they withdraw the quotation luckily i got it on pdf to show it to the factory if their car is in need or no i found out 80% of it was just an added up...I WONT DENY THE DEALING IS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL ORGANIZED JUST NEED SOME CLARIFICATION AND HONESTY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE NEEDS... The car has been in the garage for several weeks with no feedback, no idea when itll be ready, rude customer service, absent manager etc. To the point where Im planning on calling the Police. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I brought the car in for a repair. I am fairly knowledgeable about cars and these guys were honest and did good work. I will come back if I run into another problem.

They took my car for a joyride for 100km and tried to pass it off as a test drive! They collected my Jaguar F-type for a service which took approximately one week, during which I received many notifications for parts approval, but NEVER once about a test drive. Once I received the car back I found that they had put an additional 100km on the car! The drivers seat was adjusted (understandable) as well as the passenger seat (not understandable). Moreover, in the photos below please note the mileage change. However, they have failed to fill out the fuel and mileage section, even though clearly the fuel gauge is above the initial point!Lastly, when the car was returned to me, the front right tire was flat and had a leak, when confronted about this issue, they immediately repaired this issue without charge.Therefore, with all this, only one conclusion can be drawn, they took my car on a joyride without my permission and tried to pretend like it did not occur.Pitiful experience, only positive to this experience is how easily they agreed to fix my tires after.(I still have not received an email back from their complaints department.)

At first I was bothered by some of the negative reviews but thought its probably not true but unfortunately I booked my first service with them and didnt even end up doing it due to their lack of professionalism.So they advertise a very low price on servicing but if you dont pay attention you dont realize that doesnt include the parts and once you get your car you would probably be shocked with a rate you were not expecting.I decided to move out of my current agency and try them so after I booked my service with them I called to enquire about the price of the parts required for the service but they couldnt tell me. Then I called again and still nothing then I got in touch over whatsapp and they Said they will send me a quotation but been a couple of days and still no quotation. Goes without saying that my service appointment date was missed and I would definately not be going to them or even recommending anyone to go there!!If they cant even share a price of a simple air and AC filter wonder how they can even manage to service a car.

I am appalled by the recent service of my 2017 Kia Sportage. Below are the facts (from my perspective) that are lead me to my opinion of the transaction. I sent the company the below message prior to making this review as a courtesy and to allow them a chance at correcting the situation. There was no response.1. App crashes when you go to the My Services section to look at the specifics involved. This is still happening as of this moment.2. The total service took 9 days which was about 5 days too long. Normal service, 2 tires, and an AC fix. Near the end, your rep. via WhatsApp explained it was taking so long because you were backed up with too many cars in the shop. This is a direct admission that the company didnt handle their bookings. This is the main reason for actually having a booking system.3. I asked for aftermarket parts (except with the AC coil) and learned through the final invoice that genuine parts (and prices) were used.4. I asked for aftermarket tire quotation and received expensive brands: Dunlop/Hankook. Later we went with what was already on the front, Nexen brand (and paid quite a bit more than my last car garage prices).5. Tires were installed on the rear and not rotated with the front, older tires. I thought this was common practice...I guess not.)6. The delivery driver got lost & after 3 phone calls and WhatsApp messages, it was delivered. Even though my address w/ specifics was in the App.7. In the end, this transaction had over 25 SMS/emails (redundant), countless WhatsApp messages, and several phone calls. I appreciate the transparency of the SMS approval process(w/ digital signature every time), but this level of correspondence is ludicrous.I did value a personal phone call from someone in management to help explain the various situations, but I dont feel it was a remedy for a very inconvenient/expensive experience. Thanks for your time in reading this complaint. Hopefully, it can help with future business.

Lured in by their ads on various ARN radio channels, sent my car for service. It was a complete fiasco. PIck up was one hour late. It took them 6 hrs+ to send the so called health check. Another 16 hours to get the price estimates and then a promise to deliver the car after another 8 hrs. One could get the car turned around in one third of the time from dealer service.Initial promotion price of AED 249 is misleading. They add labour and parts subsequently. E. g just to check a flickering tail light, trouble shooting charges are AED 170, yes AED 170 and then price of replacement bulb. Labour charges for front and rear diff oil change guess... AED 340.Please stay away if you can.

I have no choice but to write this review under pure frustration and anxiety created by this outrageously unprofessional company.Under no circumstances should you ever deal with them. My relationship regarding my cars issues stems back from March 4th. It has been returned to me 3 times with the same issues not being solved.On its last return it has been crashed into in the rear and the bonnet is suavely scratched. 3 days later the car began to poor out fuel with my 4 children inside which terribly frightened me so I called the company immediately for them to recover the car. This is now over a week ago...Not only do they not reply to messages and calls to follow up on my car and it’s status but I have now discovered that I am being lied to based on its location and status. It has been sitting outside in the heat dust and summer sun and forgotten about.From my side all accounts have been settled on the day it was requested as I assumed I was dealing with a professional company however based on what I have just seen I am being lied to. Azeez our service manager refuses to answer his phone and when we ask to speak to Adam his manager he is constantly unavailable to speak to us or call us back. Please everyone stay away from this company!!

Very poor customer service. I asked her to send someone to my location for the battery jumpstart then she told that the driver is sick today and not able to come ! I told her no problem I can wait for tomorrow then she said Im not sure for tomorrow even!!! I told her that is fine Im not in rush and just book an appointment for me. Service is very bad and no value for the customer. I gave my registration card(Mulkhiya) during the pick up but they lost it and not even informed me. I called them many times, sent Emails on the same but no response. How can they keep quiet if customer mulkhiya is missing and its their responsibility to return it back after taking.Also, I can see many white scratches on my car after the service and even the delivery guy not responding for that. This will be my last service with this company and strictly not recommend anyone to go with this service centre.

Tried their service, it was a bad experience. Considering the business environment I generally avoid sharing bad experience but this one is an exception so that people dont fall into the marketing trap as high probability of one landing into a bigger mess either in form of high repair costs or damage to vehicle after getting serviced through them.1) They are not a car service company. It is a vehicle towing company with a large fleet and has tied up with various Garages for service. Got to know about it as chose to drop my car, wanted to be sure of handing my car in good hands .2) The garage marked for my vehicle was in Al Quoz, a multi-brand garage. Decided to give the car as Garage has rating of 4.3 and good reviews on Google. There staff was present at the Garage, they are not service advisor but people who are trained to collect and release cars plus to note any faults with the car.3) After multiple follow ups to know status of my car received a video in name of vehicle health check video, vehicle service schedule and a call from service advisor. Whole day spent and in return what lands in my hand is a video of my car under chassis and a schedule which lists faults which were pointed out by me to them. Whole day lost in something which is 5 minute job at any ENOC/ ADNOC.4) Out of the various faults the one which was the least complicated was break light not working. The service advisor asked me for my approval to carry out check why the bulb is not working and cost of checking quoted was AED 170/-. He even put forward the work needed to be carried out in support of the charg and made it sound as if it is the most complicated work on planet... I was sure it just needs bulb replacement and decided to take the car back from them as a company who needs AED 170/- to tell you why break light is not working and can spin a story around it says a lot of what lies ahead. Took my car back today, fixed it from an another garage in Al Quoz, paid only AED 15/- and spent 10 minutes.In a nutshell Beware when dealing with them, you may land into a bigger mess both in terms of (a) Money you may end up paying(b) Land into bigger problem as you never know who is working on your car(c) Even basic service the quality of oil and filters they use you dont know.For kind of service they offer better option is ENOC/ ADNOC and for repairs stick to your old garage.The other faults in my car were also very basic and to diagnose each fault was quoted a charge of 170/-.It is best to avoid them.Note: paid them AED100/- for the video and faults they typed on a paper.

After careful consideration and immense patience, I would like to say that servicemycar.ae took the necessary steps to rectify the inconsistencies in their initial major service of my car. They took my initial complaint and review seriously and worked on resolving any services missed and issues found post service. I can comfortably say that repair work was carried out to my satisfaction.I hope to see the same treatment of good and honest service given to others. It is important in the service business to provide the same. Even if a mistake is made, firstly it should be admitted and then second steps should be taken to resolve the mistakes and go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. After all we live in a country that prides itself in keeping the residents happy.

Servicing of car was fine and had it back in just over 24 hours. All seems well! Good price.I had paid for the car to be cleaned but it was returned with an interior dirtier than when it was picked up and smudges all over bodywork. When the call centre asked me if everything was ok, I told them and he laughed. 😂Would use again but wont waste money on extras.

Do NOT use this company! Worst experience ever! They took my car and indicated on the receiving record that my service book was taken by them. The return record shows the service book is not in the car. I raised a complaint and Athina & Laavan from the complaints department said they will look into it. This was on 28 July. Numerous follow ups from my side is not being acknowledged and no response! Obviously selling a car without a service history will impact the re-sell value, however their response (TO AN ISSUE THAT THEY CREATED) is to ignore it and hope it will go away. Unfortunately it will not...

I gave my car 3 days ago for periodic maintenance. Only oil and filter change would be made. It has been 3 days and still no information from my car. If I dont know the process I can believe them. It is normally an hour job. They say the service is very busy, which is also showing unprofessionalism. Why do we make a service appointment? They can manage their time slot. They called me yesterday evening and asked me to deliver my car tomorrow before noon reason is the intensity of the car wash. But now its past noon and, still no news. They just say okay if we deliver it in the evening. I requested to deliver my car as soon as possible without washing it. Im sure the problem is not the washing queue. They havent done anything to the car for 3 days and now they are trying to complete it now. I am still waiting my car in Eid Holiday.I would say think three times while giving your car here.

To start with, I tried to book a collection at 10 am but the agent on the phone asked me to move it to 9am as what I am asking for is not possible - the recovery agent ended up coming at 10 anyway. Then they are hard to get on phone. Take 2 days for a simple engine oil change and a flat tyre repair (messaging me that they have to order parts). At the time of booking I was told that the payment can be made to the car delivery agent (online is not mandatory) but then i was asked to pay online. When I raised this with one of the chat agents, I was told that this is the policy otherwise I have to wait until the delivery agent is available to deliver my car. Service car is just a fancy way of attracting customers but they are adding no value.

Avoid handing them the key to your car like your life depends on it.Without a doubt my worst retail experience in the UAE came from these guys. Extremely responsive when you inquire and will immediately collect your car but I have now been waiting 30 days for my car when I sent it in to be serviced.Delays in contact, unclear information, and fake promises are the only things I have gotten so far. I have been told I would receive my car the next day on 4 separate occasions so far and the costs I have incurred in transportation have made it so that I would have been better off paying the extra money and getting it serviced at the agency.Every time you authorize a diagnosis or a repair they will wait a few days and then add something new to the list. Was told they can’t find a spare part and I asked them to not fix it and give me my car back; it has now been 10 days since that happened. At some point, saying you understand and you’re sorry becomes meaningless. Terrible service and will most definitely be avoiding this in the future, as should you. Don’t fall for the convenience pitch, it’s a nightmare.Also, the majority of their 5 star reviews are from clearly fake accounts with only one review which is theirs and is singing their praises, all following the same structure, and the only ones answered by them. That should tell you enough.

I have been using Service my car application for a while, and I have 2 cars registered with them. The Service is good and they always provide for me genuine parts. Whenever I have a complaint they respond immediately 👍🏼.

Took their attractive offer of AED 299 for oil change and regular service with home drop in and out. Had mentioned about the AC not working issue. made up a 5k quote of subsidiary requirements they found need to be fixed to which I agreed to and after delivery found the ac problem I had mentioned was not attended at all. most worse they kept car for 10 days while it started with 2 days promise. today morning i took the car to my office and found a weird sound under the hood after moving for some time which was never there before servicing. so ending up here writing my nightmare experience. unprofessional in every sense.

Very bad customer service… do not use. Slow service and very poor communication. They failed to return my car today despite telling me three times that it was with the driver. Staff tell lies. Staff make promises they cannot keep. Utterly unacceptable. Hoping my car is returned tomorrow but who knows???? Where is my car???

As a start, these guys were amazing. They were very responsive upon my first enquiry and collected my car the very next day. They were very quick with initial checking and quotation, but sadly all went down hill from there.After trying to question their repair diagnosis, know-one got back to me to clarify what was urgent to repair or not. I had to select upon what I thought was correct. Upon confirming what needed to be repaired, Service My Car left me in the dark again. The big question of When will I be receiving my car back? I had to follow up with Service My Car for 3 days upon getting any confirmation from them.I still have not received my car. I hope that better communication will continue with their next customer.Anyway, dont be fooled by the convenience aspect.I dont think it is worth it.

Not professional, gave my car few days ago for major maintenance. Only oil and filter changed for 2 days. It is normally an hour job,that showing bad workmanship. Please be stay away from them. They gave me a quote of 6200 aed to clear all the issue. I went to a specialist for the German car they said will fix all for 1500 aed. First time to use them, it took two days to do a normal service( oil changing...etc) and they are giving false dates and timing. They asked for a 3rd day to check AC.Every call i get different info depends on who answers the call.I used mysayara service company before this one and its ten times better.

Its a systematic scam where you will be attracted through there offer and then they will make a bill 5 times of your expected amount on top of that they commit to give you the car next day and easily come back saying that its still not done, they lack process and commitment and worst customer service to assist. I already lodged a official complaint on the same with the authorities.

Absolutely horrendous service, the moment i downloaded the app, the head of customer service called me, assuring they will give best car service and I should ignore the previous bad reviews received from others. She even gave her own phone number should I need any help further.Its been 2 weeks and I have not received my car, they have charged me more than 10k aed and I still dont even know what they have done with my range rover car. They assured me the service done will have warranty which I dont trust now.The lady who is head of customer service dont even pick my calls and whatsapp message are not replied. I have spent enough money on rent a car during these 2 weeks due to sales jobWriting this so others dont have to go through this.They are all fancy with app, quick pickup but nothing beyond this. Still waiting for my car to be delivered as I write this review.

Terrible experience - use them only if you have money, time and energy to waste!Very limited digital interactions - expect everything to happen by phone only.Very slow service - they kept my Pajero for 6-7 days.Bad customer service - doesn’t deliver on promises.I definitely cannot recommend this firm

We had our car checked and repaired here few weeks ago and our whole experience was amazing.

My Experience in Brief-I requested a quote for already diagnosed transmission repair for my Nissan Sentra 2015, they advised they need to further check and told me they do overhaul might be some small issue which could be solved with little money, I agreed.They took the vehicle did computer diagnostics and did some visual checks as mentioned in the service report and send me the quote with repair cost to replace many parts which costs more than the car cost (23000 AED). I rejected the quote as I know the parts cost they charged was Double that of new.I asked for my car back, they asked me to pay the transportation cost and the diagnostic cost to release the vehicle.In Short I lost around 400 AED without any Value.OK, inbetween I made a few phone calls to them to negotiate and explain the situation. Didnt Work.

Car was picked up on time.. Their tech is amazing.. Received updates by mail and sms regarding my cars overall condition. My advisor jedi was very professional and kept me updated throughout on whatsapp and calls. Got some additional work done too since the parts were fairly priced. Lil delay during delivery but totally understandable since its coming back on a truck during rush hours. Overall great experience..Will definitely recommend!!

I have given my Honda to service with the team. I found them while watching online videos . A new great idea of online vehicle servicing attracted my attention. Just has try booking online and the online platform was so user friendly and i got an update soon as i booked from service my car team . They really got an amazing team . All the process starting from booking the service collection service and delivery was very smooth and all the repairs requirement parts requirement was well explained by their professional team. Really they got talented guys specialized in automobile . And the best thing was the price was cheaper than agency and any other garage. Worth paying and highly recommended.

This is the worst service ever. I HIGHLY recommend that you AVOID using this place. They have had my car for 9 days now. They keep delaying and adding cost to the bill. One thing is done and something else is suddenly broken. They call you 10 minutes before closing time or you have to phone after them. They block you on their whatsapp contact when you enquire about your car. Up until now my car is still not fixed. If this continues for one more day Im taking legal action. They went so far to say my car lost a part( Lights was damage) this happened in an accident. Hence my lights worked perfectly fine before I send it to them and was not in an accident. They are scammers and just want to make money out of people. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I made the mistake of using them and I am now warning everyone do not use them.

Very unprofessional service. Had given my Audi Q7 for service and repair and completely regretted it. When I got the car back, a part below the seat was broken, AC was not working and inspite of knowing all this still sent the car. Was a complete nightmare.

I had been bad experience with service my car , I send my car for major service and the change oil and filter only , after that the send back my car with oil leakage and they try to convince me its Mainor Knowing that this leak did not exist before .

I saw their really good offer online recently and decided to give them a try. The whole booking process went by smoothly since they pick up and deliver your car with your service. Got a health report within the same day and was informed about some additional repairs required. I got my car back on time and has been running great since then.
